Who is this NOT for?
This isn't for anyone looking for a quick fix, a magic stretch, or someone to tell them to just rest. If you want a band-aid, we're not your people. We're for lifters ready to fix the root cause and do the work.
Do I have to stop lifting?
In most cases, no. We build your rehab around your training instead of pulling you out of the gym. Your program is tailored to where your body is right now.
What results can I expect?
Results vary by person and how consistently you follow your plan. What we focus on is addressing the source of the issue, not just masking symptoms. The client stories above are real examples.
Is online as good as in-person?
For what we do, we'd argue it's better. You get a program built around your specific lifts, direct access to your coach, and no travel — instead of a rushed clinic visit.
Do you work with insurance?
No — we're a fully cash-based coaching service. This is premium, one-on-one performance coaching, not an insurance-billed clinic visit. You're investing directly in a personalized plan and direct access to your coach.
I've already tried PT. Why is this different?
A lot of traditional PT restores basic function and stops there. Our focus is finding the root cause and rebuilding you toward your actual lifting goals — not just getting you to "fine."
